Company Information
TEKHNE Corporation was established by Charles Nagaya in 1978 in Tokyo, Japan. In its early days, the company was oriented towards the sales of overseas instruments to Japan and Asian countries. Especially, hygrometers or dew point meters were core item of the sales.
We established technical base for moisture measurements in Tokyo in 1985. This includes the establishment of laboratory for the calibration to dew point sensors or electrical engineering to instruments, with retaining technical staff internally and externally.
Toshi Nagaya was appointed as President and CEO in 2005. Just after his appointment, a special team was engaged just in the part of the company. At the end of 2006, as the achievement of the team, TK-100 series products started to be sold in Japan.
We will supply excitement and give benefits beyond their expectation to customers, by promoting original manufacturing products and overseas instruments, which have excellent qualities and unexpected price competitiveness.
In order to achieve the above, we will retain the domestic technical base and maintain good staffs, which should give solutions to customers - improve quality, shorten the delivery time especially one day delivery for TK-100 Transmitter, and supply custom-made products.
